Collection: Elementar Sparkling Wine

The Steininger family has pioneered a novel approach to sparkling wine production, which we proudly refer to as "elementar". Here, we exclusively utilize the natural sugars present in the grape. The base wine undergoes primary fermentation, intentionally halted to retain a portion of the grape's inherent sugars. Unfiltered and unfined, this wine is then introduced to a carefully selected yeast strain, cultivated in-house, for a second fermentation in the bottle.
