A true expression of Moldovan tradition, this Vișinata captures the pure essence of handpicked sour cherries from the surroundings of Castel Mimi. Produced following the secret recipe of Constantin Mimi, preserved through generations, it reflects patience, craftsmanship, and respect for fruit.

The cherries are meticulously selected and processed using a special method that extracts 100% natural sour cherry juice. The juice is then gently blended with sugar and rectified alcohol and left to macerate for eight months, allowing the flavours to integrate and deepen.

The bouquet is intense and authentic, bursting with ripe sour cherry aromas, subtly layered with sweet fruit compote nuances. On the palate, it is rich yet elegant, offering a luscious, rounded body and a silky texture. The pronounced sour cherry character is beautifully balanced by its natural sweetness (150 g/dm³), leading to a fresh, delicate, and persistent finish that lingers gracefully.
