This Chardonnay Reserve opens with a spicy and fruit-forward nose, showcasing ripe honeydew melon, pear, floral honey, fig, and a hint of almond and brioche. On the palate, it is dry with a salty character, medium-bodied, and complemented by refreshing acidity. Subtle notes of ripe yellow apples and a touch of exotic fruit emerge, alongside a distinct saline minerality and wet flint.

The wine is balanced and creamy, making it an ideal food companion. With its depth, elegance, and complexity, it should be enjoyed at a moderate temperature rather than too chilled.
