Created in honor of Constantin Mimi, The Governor’s Blend combines the finest traits of Castel Mimi’s most representative grape varieties from the 2018 harvest. Cabernet Sauvignon provides immense aging potential, Feteasca Neagră contributes traditional fruitiness, and Saperavi adds aromatic spice nuances.

The nose captivates with prune and saffron aromas, while the palate reveals rich hints of blueberry and blackberry. Matured in French oak barrels, the aftertaste is deep and complex, with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. This elegant, full-bodied dry red wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for years.
