Roșu de Bulboaca, the emblematic wine of Castel Mimi, now comes in a special limited edition celebrating Moldovan winemaking heritage.

This elegant blend combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and the local Feteasca Neagră, grown on the sunny vineyards of Moldova. Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, the wine reveals its finest aromas: pronounced notes of redcurrant jam, raspberry, red apple, and chocolate.

On the palate, it offers a full-bodied, harmonious taste with a well-structured, fruity finish and subtle hints of spices. It exudes delicate floral notes and a rich, elegant character.
