Roșu de Bulboaca, the emblematic wine of Castel Mimi, now comes in a special limited edition celebrating Moldovan winemaking heritage.

This elegant blend combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and the local Feteasca Neagră, grown on the sunny vineyards of Moldova.

Dry red wine with a light ruby hue and matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, the wine reveals its finest aromas: pronounced notes of redcurrant jam, raspberry, red apple, and chocolate.

On the palate, it offers a full-bodied, harmonious taste with a well-structured, fruity finish and subtle hints of spices. It exudes delicate floral notes and a rich, elegant character.
