The Burgunder Cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, equally proportioned. On the nose, there is a harmonious bouquet of aromas: delicate notes of vanilla and toasted oak from the wooden barrels of aged Chardonnay, fruity aromas of apple and citrus from the Pinot Blanc and hints of red berries and a touch of spice from Pinot Noir, rounding out the aromatic profile. On the palate, the cuvée delivers a beautifully balanced expression, it showcases a meticulous harmony of variety ratio and aging style, resulting in a wine that is wonderfully complex and fine.
