Top Italian Wines of 2025 by Wine-Searcher:
- Masseto Toscana IGT – Bolgheri’s famed Merlot, owned by Marchesi de Frescobaldi, scores 96 points and retails at USD 1,062. A single-vineyard expression of Merlot, Masseto remains a cult classic.
- Casanova di Neri Cerretalto – From Montalcino, this family-run Sangiovese earns 96 points at USD 401. Founded by Giovanni Neri in 1971, it remains devoted to Tuscany’s signature grape.
