Latest Wine News from Stock Exchange for Purcari, Tikves, and Kutjevo Wineries

Most Romanian stock indices rose further on Tuesday, as winemaker Purcari Wineries led blue-chip gainers, data from the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), indicated.

Puricari Wineries paced blue-chip gainers on Tuesday, as its share price rose 3.81% to 15.24 lei (USD 3.33/ EUR 3.07), BVB's website showed.

North Macedonia

A total of 5,980 shares in North Macedonia's wine producer Tikves Winery, representing a 2.21% interest, changed hands in a 34.8 million denars (USD 613,807/ EUR 564,289) block transaction on the stock exchange in Skopje, the bourse said on Wednesday.

The shares traded at 5,820 denars each in the block deal, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) said in a notice.

Croatia

Croatia's largest wine producer Kutjevo said its consolidated net profit fell to 945,800 euro (USD 1.0mn) last year, from EUR 7.1mn in 2022.

The company's operating revenue declined to some EUR 53.6mn from EUR 58.4mn, while operating costs increased to EUR 52.4mn from EUR 51mn, Kutjevo said last week in an unaudited preliminary financial report.

Sales revenue came in at EUR 47.6mn, down from EUR 54.9mn in 2022.

Kutjevo's shares last traded on January 26, when they closed 5.61% higher at 5.65 euro on the Zagreb bourse.
