Last year, Cramele Recaș SA reported a robust turnover of 316 million lei and a profit of 76 million lei, supported by a dedicated workforce of 124 employees, according to data from the Ministry of Finance.
The group's success is rooted in the visionary leadership of shareholders Gheorghe Iova and Ioan Georgiu, who initiated the privatization of the wine producer in 1998. Today, Cramele Recaș is owned by the Iova, Georgiu, and Cox families, along with other shareholders, reflecting a collaborative approach to business growth and innovation.

Located in Vrancea county, Tenuta Odobești SRL is also active in wine production and wholesale trade. Founded in 2006 by the Mosconi family, the company has steadily grown its market presence. In the last fiscal year, Tenuta Odobești reported a turnover of 20 million lei and a net profit of 856,534 lei, supported by 19 employees. The company’s consistent performance highlights its potential for further growth under new ownership.
