Change of leadership in Schlumberger's executive suite: Benedikt Zacherl is moving to the higher-level beverage group as Vice President Continental Europe. Eugen Lamprecht, Florian Czink and Stephan Dubach take over management responsibility in Austria.
Benedikt Zacherl (49), the main managing director of Schlumberger since 2020, is moving from Austria to an international role within the overarching beverage group, to which Schlumberger has been a part since 2014. As Vice President Continental Europe, Zacherl remains strategically responsible for the Austrian market and the export business of the entire group based in Austria. In addition, there is responsibility for the existing country organizations in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Ukraine.
He hands over responsibility for Austria to the newly organized Schlumberger management, which will in future consist of the experienced trio Eugen Lamprecht, Florian Czink and Stephan Dubach.
Eugen Lamprecht (45), who started as a key account manager in the company seven years ago and was most recently responsible for the food retail business and the wine sector, will now take over overall responsibility for sales in Austria as Chief Sales Officer. In the new role as spokesman for the management, human resources and corporate communications expand his future area of responsibility. The previous functions as managing director of the sales subsidiaries Top Spirit and PM Mounier will remain in place.
Florian Czink (43), who has worked in various positions in marketing and sales at Schlumberger for over 18 years, will in future lead the recently reorganized marketing department as Chief Marketing Officer, in addition to his previous role as Managing Director of the sales subsidiary Top Spirit. In addition to an extensive portfolio of renowned premium sales brands, Czink is responsible for the strategic orientation and further development of its own brands around Schlumberger, Hochriegl, Goldeck and Mozart for the international markets. In addition, he manages the development of a professional trade marketing area and the “New Business Development” area.
Stephan Dubach (53), who was brought into the company as Head of Controlling in 2020, has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2022 and completes the new management trio at Schlumberger. In addition to the areas of finance and IT, Dubach is now taking on responsibility for the production area, which is operationally managed by Patrick Meszarits (37), production director for technology and supply chain management, and Aurore Jeudy (41), chief oenologist and head of winery management .
