Thank you for your feedback! Indeed, all the varieties you’ve mentioned Feteasca Alba, Feteasca Regala, Feteasca Neagra and Rara Neagra are Romanian local grapes, there is no doubt about that.
But these grapes are local ones for Moldova too, this is a fact and scientifically proven.

The varieties Fetească neagră and Rară neagră (as well as Fetească albă and Fetească regală) are Romanian varieties, not native Moldovan varieties. I suggest you amend the article accordingly out of respect for your readers.
